What is it about music that can calm us, move us, bring back memories, or make us feel less alone? In this presentation, Dawn Lejarde, Program Manager of Hoag Faith Community Nursing, will explore how music can comfort the body, mind, and spirit. Through stories, simple science, reflections and interactive moments, we will reflect on the healing power of music for both listeners and performers.
