Compassionate Care for those with Serious Illness or End of Life

 Beth Otterbein, BSN, RN from Hoag Faith Community Nursing will give a presentation on hospice and palliative care, including information on:

• Distinguish between Palliative Care and Hospice Care
• Identify the members of the Palliative and Hospice Team
• List the 4 levels of Hospice Care
• Outline the benefits of Palliative  & Hospice Care
• Describe the role of Respite Care
• Discuss Bereavement Support
